This festive season, the Sofitel at Sentosa Singapore has more lunches, brunches and dinners to catch up with friends and family. With the new 8 person restrictions coming in to place on the 28th, our Christmas and New Years parties can be slightly larger again, such great news.
The Sofitel Sentosa Singapore is located in a prime spot at the southern tip of Singapore. With a large property and dozens of famous peacocks that stroll around the grounds, just walking around Sofitel will be worth it. We headed down to The Cliff, the outdoor dining restaurant to enjoy an Italian Christmas experience

We sat down with our friends as the cool sea breeze hit us on the face. We were nestled in between the large pool and the ocean views, a great way to have a few drinks and laughs. We had several courses to enjoy so got straight to work. Lunch is a three-course set while the dinner is a five-course set.
After both the dishes were inhaled, we got stuck into the main dishes, a Caramelised Kabocha Squash Risotto and the Braised Beef in Sauce. The Risotto was almost cheesy in texture so was instantly popular with the kids and also Thuymi. This left me with the chance to polish off the rest of the beef dishes. The meat was so tender and mixed great with the sauce. However, we had the best for last with the dessert.
Our starter came out and we had a Green Flower Salad which was refreshing and zesty. We also had the mouth-watering Tortellini En Brodo – pork & veal Tortellini in clear meat broth come out with the salad and this was so good we actually had to get another one for the table. Who doesn’t love tortellini?
My favourite dish, a rich and creamy Dark Chocolate Ricotta Yule Log was our dessert at the end. Thuymi and the rest were already pretty full, which gave me the chance to eat some extra goodies. As usual, the staff were exceptional, safe and always ready to help us at every opportunity.
