Fortnum and Mason was established by William Fortnum and Hugh Mason in Piccadilly in 1707 as a luxurious shopping destination for the rich and royals in the UK. It! Today, it is a British Icon with branches UK with only one outside the country and it is the Dubai one!
Highlight? Fortnum’s smoked salmon and delicious roast beef sandwiches and hearty sized scones that came accompanied with clotted cream and apricot & strawberry jam. We drank numerous cups of tea accompanied with assorted pastries and finished off the whole thing with a selection of a delicious cake each, displayed in the middle of the room.
Tips: Park at Dubai Mall’s Grand Cinema parking. To get to Fortnum & Mason you have to get out where the Dubai Fountains are.
