Free Fitness Classes in Dubai

As health and fitness is a focus to more and more of Dubais’ residents, even though it is Ramadan, many establishments are encouraging people to stay active and this by offering complimentary classes and activities. We do encourage you to join these activities and do what you can, not what you can’t do! While fasting, this often means that you can’t operate at the same capacity as you do usually do, so do your best without pushing it! If you are not fasting, then this can be a good excuse to go out for an extra cardio session!

We have made a little round up of activities, make sure to stay fit and if you do not fast, do drink water away from people!

Move This Ramadan with Four Seasons

Among 15 Four Seasons addresses from countries of the Middle East and North Africa that celebrates Ramadan, Four Seasons in Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and DIFC both offer a series of activities to join and stay healthy even during Ramadan. This is the continuation of the Ramadan wellbeing campaign launched in 2017 which has the objective to bring people together to walk, jog and stretch for a healthier Ramadan. Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

  • Activity 1: “Beachside Strollers” walk or stroll along the beach with Dalibor Vidojevic, Personal Trainer.

Adidas Running Clubs

This doesn’t change, you can always join the Adidas Running Club during this holy month as well! You can look to join their Facebook group via a simple search and request to join. On that group you will find all the information on what needs to be done to register.

Free Yoga at Boxpark Dubai

Join the Fitness First trainers for these yoga morning classes. These are on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday between 8:30-9 AM until May 31st 2018.

During Ramadan, do continue to exercise but we just want to make sure you stay smart about the efforts you will giveaway. Always ensure you are working out at a time your energy is high, which we believe best would be a few hours after having a light iftar. These usually would be at different times than the activities, but if you have your own gym timings, this is our best advice!
