Poured by Four Seasons: Cocktails Fours Seasons Hotels in Asia available in Singapore

One of our favourite places to hang is the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and the signature “One-Ninety Bar” is excited to take you on a journey across 6 destinations through delicious cocktails crafted by their very own bartenders from Hong Kong to Seoul. The “Poured by Four Seasons” experience is available across all five bars from 24 November to 5 December 2021, and 24 November to 12 December 2021 only at One-Ninety Bar, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

With Four Seasons Hotel Singapore being home to three of Asia’s 50 Best bars list and two of the worlds Top 50 Best bars, you just know that a special experience is on the way.

Taste the playful tea-centric Earl Grey Gimlette by Keith Motsi of Charles H. (#13 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021 list) and classic Negroni meets Sour in Da Hong Pao Sour by  Lorenzo Antinori of Caprice Bar;  get teased by the effervescent and fruity Champagne Poiré by Joshua Perez of VIRTÙ reflective of the bar’s Paris-meets-Tokyo concept and not forgetting flirtatious Vanda, a tribute to the tropical island paradise by Gabriel Carlos of One-Ninety Bar.

The first drink out is the Vanda, an elegant aroma and bold in colour. With a strong Roku gin flavour and the Amaro, this is a strong and smooth first drink. Poured by the bar manager Gabriel Carlos at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and is named after the national flavour. It is a cool little twist on the Singapore Sling.

Poured by Philip Bischoff, the Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok, The Evita is a great mix of Argentina while still capturing the heart of Bangkok with its pineapple rum flavours. Our favourite Campari and Aperol take over the drink and is sweet and light drink.

The Da Hong Pao Sour drink originates from Lorenzo Antinori, the Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. It is an oolong tea found in local HK tea houses with a hint of French vodka. The perfect way to create a west meets east cocktail. The drink has originated from Caprice Bar and is #10 on Asia’s Best Bars 2021 list and joint winner of the Nikka Highest Climber Award.

Trigona Old Fashioned, as the name suggests, is a unique spin on the drink of the same name. With some Trigona honey added, the drink also represents the local Kuala Lumpur community. With the Trigona honey added to it, it is a sweet little twist and even easier to drink. The Bar Trigona is the #12 Best Bar in Asia and named Best Bar in Malaysia for 2021.

Our Champagne Poire drink is from the Four Seasons in Tokyo. It is drawing inspiration from a French-inspired winter dessert that Perez tasted in Japan’s Niseko on a snowy winter’s day. The cocktail reflects VIRTÙ’s Paris-meets-Tokyo concept and is created with two Japanese spirits and two French spirits.

Poured by Keith MotsiHead Bartender, Charles H., Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, the Earl Grey Gimlette creates new tastes with a classic tea flavour. He also adds in Milk Pearl, cordial and cacao. Charles H. is #13 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021 list, named Best Bar in Korea and is #49 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2020 list.

To pair with your drinks, the food menu has plenty of food options, including options like Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Chicken Satays and Loch Fyne smoked salmon, made with avocado, Jalapeño, Ikura and Pie Tie Shell.
