Singapore Brunches: So/Sofitel Flippin’ Sunday Brunch, Find Boozy Pancakes, Espresso Martinis and a whole lot of Spritz

Singapore Brunches: So/Sofitel Flippin' Sunday Brunch

One of the things that Singaporeans absolutely love to do is to explore the brand new, unique events that are happening. Now that we are on the island and no travel, many people have weekends to check out new events, such as the So Sofitel Flipping Sunday Brunch. We were hosted by the team to come and check out the new brunch menu 🙂

We arrived early on a Sunday morning, ready for the long haul session to enjoy our So Sofitel Flipping Sunday Brunch. We were quite unsure where to start with our ordering as we didn’t know what size the pancakes and drinks were. Our waitress, sensing our apprehension, came straight over with Nespresso martinis, getting us kickstarted for the brunch session.

The premise of the Sunday Brunch is to combine everyone’s favorite pancake dishes and give them a modern twist. You can choose from the sweet or savoury sections, or even get some of both! As we were a group of 4, we were able to share many different options.

You can eat a whole set of pancakes yourself, however, you may want to share just as we did. 4 pancake stacks were enough to keep all of us completely full. Here is what we chose to eat during our So Sofitel Flipping Sunday Brunch:

Wake Up Call (S$65): Nespresso Syrup, Coffee Liqueur Dalgona Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate coffee beans and Cookies crumbs – this dish comes with a Nespresso Martini Flight (6 half servings of martinis)
